There is already a service running on port 8080, that's why matterhorn
can't start. Maybe another instance of matterhorn is already running, or
you have another program using this port.

Looking at that log I see that it's updating its apt-get
repositories
with both karmic *and* lucid distros. Is this deliberate, or
a bug? It
seems to me like we should stick with one version or the other :)
