The face recognition and tracking Algorithms inside GaliTracker are Intelectual Propriety (IP) of a Research Group of University of Vigo and the University of Vigo (UVigo) itself. These algorithms seem to be the outcome of several years of research by these people. We are exploring the posibility of building some kind of commercial "GaliTracker" service paying some small fee as royalties for the use of the algorithms. I can imagine, for instance, a "Freemium" busines model where anyone can "GaliTrack" for free short videos or a small amount of videos a week. Anyway, we will release under ECL a MH workflow operation that will be able to "glue" together VGA and professor video Side by Side but without the tracking engine. The output will be something like this: http://tv.teltek.es/almacen/downloads/34/1714_cut.mp4 Another operation could be released to give access to the GaliTracker service. Could these ideas make sense ?
