The use of "Community Garden' to describe a police operation does not surprise me. Here in Winnipeg developers often describe buildings which are constructed on former sites of community gardens as 'green buildings', meaning that the buildings are energy efficient. It also reminds me of a book entitled "Green Washing'. Politicians call everything green these days. Corporations are 'green'. While real green is undervalued. At least in our city. karen
