you're confusing inoculant with treated seed (seed coated in Captan and other nasty chemical fungicides) which is highly UNnatural and very toxic. Inoculant is natural bacteria, and can even already be in the soil in some areas, but many people like to add some to make sure...

Are all inoculates "natural" and also thought this protected the seed from mold or rot during the germination stages; particularly in cooler climates where germination process may be slower? Or is it the nitrogen from the air
