In the latest version, I ripped out all the old classic pagination stuff, so
if you have customized views that use the old pagination, you'll have some
issues.
Have you modified your users_controller? I can see that in your custom
posts/index.html.haml you're still using the old pagination, check out CE's
posts/index.html.haml to see how it should look (something like
.pagination=paginating_links
@posts)
