No problem: 'push' means I pushed a new version of the source code to github (the git repository). Check out http://github.com/guides/home (you should be using Git to manage your source code).
The image processing thing is just a hunch I have that your processor is not working, probably because you don't have ImageMagick/Rmagick installed, or it's not installed correctly. That's out of scope for this list, but you should check to see if photo thumbs are getting generated correctly when you upload a photo.
