Hi guys,

One of our engineers setup 99translations.com integration for
Community engine. It is a fork at github, he only modified 2-3 files.

GItHub for of community engine:
http://github.com/99translastions/communityengine/tree/master

Community engine at 99translations:
http://99translations.com/public_projects/show/20

The server (99translations) updates file en.yml from GitHub every day
to get changes.
You can manually do the same by calling rake trans:upload from
communityengine directory.
You can grab translations from the server by simply doing rake
trans:download.

Bruno , sending an invitation email for you to become the project
owner.
