first a disclaimer: I'm just getting my feet wet with RoR, so this may seem like a silly question.
I am looking to build a social site from the ground up. I've evaluated building it from scratch, using CE, using LoveLess, and another social framework and have determined that using CE gives me the most features that i'll actually use, and seems to be the cleanest overall design (both in layout and code readability). I anticipate extending nearly every model, some extensively. So my question is, what would it take to move the CE code base from being a plugin, to being my actual app? Is it as simple as copying the files from the plugins folder into their respective fold in the site? what about the stuff that got in stalled from git? where did that all go? again, sorry if these questions seem newbish :) --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CommunityEngine" group.
