Wow, quick response!
All the tests pass if I overwrite the globalite folder and there don't
seem to be any other compatibility problems so far...
Engines has been updated and fixes the dependencies issue that caused
problems with CE 2.1.1

I'll keep playing and get that pull request in then!
p.s Got a problem with migration 060 on fresh install too... gets
aborted as complains that an index (on user I think) already exists.
