Thanks, Levi. I did the config file. Just "S3" then. When you are a relative newbie, things that simple just boggle the mind :-) and you are sure it has to be something more complex. Geez!
When I was in Amazon S3 it was not clear to me how to create buckets, though I had the thought of creating exactly the ones you mentioned here. I'll go back in today and take a closer look around. I really appeciate your help. ~ Alexis On Nov 25, 8:40 am, "Levi Rosol" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Within your S3 account you can create various buckets for you files. for CE > you can create one per environment (development, test, production) and then > enter that name as the bucket in the application.yml or your environment > files. > > You'll also need to update the CE config file to use S3 instead of > file_system for images. > > hope this helps > > Levi Rosol > Twitter: @LeviRosol > > On Tue, Nov 25, 2008 at 10:35 AM, Alexis <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > Hi Bruno et al., > > > Can you kindly be more explicit about how to hook up the s3 files in > > CE to our Amazon S3 account?
