Thanks Levi, I'm glad your working on improving the codebase to suit your needs, and I'll definitely take a look at whatever you're willing to contribute back to see if it can be integrated into the core. @marcus: backwards compatibility is a must for me (I've got production sites running on CE), so anything that makes it into core will be compatible.
