I used http://site-perf.com/ to check the performance of my site.
When loading the images, the queues range from 1.5s to 8.5s towards
the end.

The images are mostly part of a theme, but there is also some user
pictures.
I would say about 80% is theme, and 20% is user images.

The images range from 50kb to less then 1kb.

The site is hosted on a VPS server.
