Thanks Bruno, I've found it.

Just needed to add it in "config\routes.rb".

Find the resource:
"map.resources :photos"

and add the controller:
"map.resources :photos"
+ "map.download 'photos/:id/download', :controller =>
'photos', :action => 'download' "
