Yes, I second it, have tried to install CE on rails 2.3.2 during the last 3 days, and always get
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/activesupport-2.3.2/lib/active_support/ dependencies.rb:443:in `load_missing_constant': uninitialized constant AppConfig (NameError) when I do "script/generate plugin_migration" or run any test.
