I'm putting my staging and production environments together, and evaluating methods of including CE and facilitating merges. So far, I've found braid, piston, giternals, cached_externals, and Tim Dysinger's rake extensions (http://dysinger.net/2008/04/29/replacing-braid-or-piston-for-git-with-40-lines-of-rake/).
Are there any nuances to the CE codebase that should be taken into consideration? Is there a recommended approach?
