Hey CE developers,Thanks to Levi's work roughing out the groups code, I was able to whip up a (very alpha quality, not production-ready) CE plugin that adds groups functionality. I'm keeping this out of the core because I don't think it's needed for most people. I'm also interested in have a 'canonical' example of how to do a CE plugin, so that others can use it to learn from. I'm definitely looking for development help on this one (check the README), so feel free to fork it and contribute.
