The validation for invitation emails would be improved by changing
unless email =~ /[\w._%...@[\w.-]+.[a-za-z]{2,4}/
to
unless email =~ /^[\w._%...@[\w.-]+.[a-za-z]{2,4}$/
Otherwise emails such as "#!%& [email protected] #$^()" pass. I've
tried it on http://rubular.com/
