Hi SS, To answer your question: yes, post-purchase upgrades and bug-fixes will be available. Formal support is not provided, but you're always welcome to e-mail me with questions and I'm usually quick to reply.
The plugin's not under very active development. I use it on a few sites, and haven't found a reason to do much else with it.
