I am in process of moving my hosting from Aptana to Engineyard and in the process the default theme I have created is not loading the correct files. All of the standard CE files (js, images, css) are still loading in both the development and production environments.
Everything is working on my local machine but they fail to work on the remote server is either instance. Where do I start to look to see why the themes may not be working? I don't see any errors in the logs and I wasn't sure were to focus to see what the root cause may be. Any ideas?
