I figured I was missing something obvious...
I think I've been testing by hitting UserController#invite and editing
InvitationsController#new....so, that explains some of what is going
on.

I have now set all the invite links I have to go to invitations/new,
the user/invite controller didn't setup a new Invitation, so that made
things awkward for what I wanted to do.  This seems to work fine.

Is there a specific reason that there are 2?
