I played with this briefly, and ran across one minor issue during
setup.  The Gemfile uses private git urls to refer to your four bborn
repos, so I had to change them to read-only urls.

:git => 'https://github.com/bborn/communityengine.git'
instead of
:git => '[email protected]:bborn/community_engine.git'
