Modeller’s Workshop for the Brain Dynamics Toolbox.

An online course for those who wish to simulate user-defined dynamical systems 
using the Brain Dynamics Toolbox (bdtoolbox.org<https://bdtoolbox.org>). This 
is a self-paced course with a practical focus on the art of programming 
differential equations. Video lectures guide the student through every step of 
building the model. Topics include Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial 
Differential Equations, Delay Differential Equations, Stochastic Differential 
Equations, Auxiliary Plot Functions and command-line tools. Example code is 
provided in all cases. Study time is 8 hours.
