Dear colleagues, we invite you to participate in the Conference on Subcortical sensory circuits: visual, auditory, somatosensory, and beyond Date: November 28- December 1, 2023 Location: EMBL ATC, Heidelberg, Germany Conference website: https://www.embl.org/about/info/course-and-conference-office/events/ssc23-01/ This conference will focus on different subcortical circuits involving various sensory modalities and revisit their increasingly complex and interconnected contributions to perception, behavior, and cognition. The meeting will take place at EMBL Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, and features many exciting speakers such as keynotes Karel Svoboda, Allen Institute, USA and Sabine Kastner, Princeton University, USA. Abstract Submission: Nearly half of the talks will be selected from the submitted abstracts. The submission can be made by visiting the conference website and the deadline is September 5. Registration: The registration for the conference is already open. Financial Support: Financial assistance in the form of fee waivers and travel grants is available.
