Building Bind 9.5.0 on Visual Studio 2008

Did anyone here successfully went through the building process of Bind
9.5.0 with Visual Studio 2008?

I am having a REAL HARD time to compile ... and I cannot find any
useful documentation on what need to be tweaked.
