Cara, faz o seguinte: pega o projeto do site, coloca no teu eclipse sem modificação nenhuma e tenta rodar. Se der erro, posta o stacktrace completo pra gente. Se não der erro, começa a copiar suas modificações uma por uma pra este projeto. Entre uma cópia e outra, rode pra ver se ainda está funcionando. Se der erro, vc sabe que foi a última coisa que vc copiou.
