Ok, more on this subject...
One of my friends has a Mac IIcx that he would like to get out of his garage
for a while and said that I could borrow it if it would help. This machine
has a superdrive and a network card. Could I, as a temp solution use my 800k
disks in the superdrive of the IIcx? This way I can download the files I
want on my iMac, dump then on my netatalk share, grab them from the share
with the IIcx and then copy them to the 800k floppy?

I think I just confused myself...
