I use DragAnyWindow on my SE/30 to do the later, but I don't *think* it does the former. Works quite smoothly, BTW. DragAnyWindow is at: <http://www.umich.edu/~archive/mac/system.extensions/cdev/draganywindow3.2fat.sit.hqx> In the same directory, I notice something called "dragger," but I don't know what it is.
