One utility that works 99.9% of the time *TransMac* get it at http://www.asy.com this is the only PC-Mac utility that can work either way. ie. PC files to mac, then use Stuffit, (as long as you have PC exchange on your system) or a Mac formatted floppy, using TransMac to transfer files to the Mac disk, such as Stuffit, so you can get it on the Mac. One draw back, it will only work with High Density (1.44M) floppys. But you can get around that by transferring to the Mac then make a Low Density disk.
Using PC Stuffit to do this is like playing *Russian Roulette*. The -40 error is a *posErr*.
