Have you tried the HFV Explorer method? I think Aladdin provides a
Macbinary or Binhexed version that you could download on your PC.

In fact, here ya go. I'm doing this along with typing just to make sure it
works :)

Grab this and save it somewhere useful and accessable on your PC. c:\ or
your desktop or something.

http://wuarchive.wustl.edu/systems/mac/amug/files/unstuff/amug-cd-supported/stuffIt-expander-4.5.sea.hqx

It took a couple tries to get a good file, make sure the file size is 600
some odd kilobytes.

Then, go grab HFV Explorer from:

http://gamma.nic.fi/~lpesonen/HFVExplorer/Hdexp131.zip

And extract it somewhere useful. Then, load it up and stick in a floppy. Go
to File-Format New Volume. Type in whatever you want for the Volume name
(this is what will show up on Mac Desktop), and then choose <Format Floppy
A:> from the dropdown.

Hit okay, and it will spin for a bit. I had a bit of trouble at this point,
if yours won't format it either just format it in your Mac and then put it
in, then reload HFV Explorer. It should automatically mount it.

Now you should see your drives arrayed on the left, with an HD-looking
thing with your Floppy's label at the top. Now navigate in HFV Explorer to
where ever you saved the Stuffit and drag and drop it onto the Floppy's
label (not the A: drive). You should get a popup where you can either
manually choose Binhex or just do auto, both should work fine. It'll copy,
then you can click on the Floppy's label and see the newly copied file with
the sea extension and minus the hqx. Close HFV Explorer, and move the
Floppy to your Mac. Pull up the floppy and you'll see your nice sea file.
Copy it to the Mac's HD, double-click to expand it, and Voila, you have
your Stuffit installer.

Should work fine, I've followed along while doing this and you should be
set to go.

Good luck :)
