As I posted before, DoorStop Personal seems to do the same thing, it gets very personal with Open Transport. If someone wanted to run 7.5 on an SE/30 with an ethernet card and an SC/EN, with DoorStop and IPNetRouter, it may or not work as a real filtering router, depending upon whether DoorStop or IPNetRouter was closer to the actual network input on the OT food chain.
