Really what you should use is the Silicon Beach-altered Finder and System, and use two 800k Disks to boot from. This always solves the problem. Other than that, I have discovered that this error really has to do with how 6.0.8 manages and allocates memory. If you want, the images for both disks for DC and BDC are on my website:
