As cool as all the X10 stuff seems to be, I"d have a hard time giving them 
money after all the popups, popunders, spam, and other annoying advertising 
they do. I'd rather try to come up with my own solutions :)

Actually, if I could just find something that lets the Mac control a bunch 
of switches, I'd be set for what I want to do with it :)
