You'll have some minor (and fixable) problems. Every time that you go back to OS 7.1 from OS 6.0.8 it will rebuild the Desktop. The fix for that is to add the Desktop MGR extension to the OS 6.0.8 System folder. Every time that you go back to OS 7.1 from OS 6.0.8 it will be in 24 bit mode and you will have to reset it to 32 bit in the memory control panel and reboot. The fix for that is to add the Force32 extension to OS 7.1 extensions folder.
