Hi -

I'm new to the list.

I'm looking for a driver for the Radius Powerview (external SCSI video
adapter), to use with my SE/30.

I also have a new-in-box Lapis Color PDS/30 board (never installed,
purchased it on eBay years ago, when eBay was "young") that I need drivers
for, and a copy of the manual (the box didn't have any software in it,
unfortunately) should anyone have one. I was wondering if this might be a
candidate for using the Xceed greyscale hardware hack that I've been reading
about? (It's pretty obvious what the 15 pins are for, but I don't know if
software's necessary?)

I've not had time to peruse the compact archives yet, so forgive any "been
there, done that comments" I might make ...for a short time, at least.

I'd also suggest that if you're trying to find the correct right angle (90
degree) PDS adapter to modify an Asante Mac Con card (to add a secondary
card in the vertical plane atop the Asante ethernet), you might want to
consider getting one of the Daystar Mac II adapter cards commonly available
on eBay (at, generally, $10 or less ...though I'm sure you all know that),
and de-soldering the part from the board. Cheap part (and - to my mind -
easier then the sawing a couple of smaller ones together and combining them
to the larger PDS, like Shamada suggests on his SE30 "mini-tower" site) ....

TIA for your patience.
