Off-list, the MacMissile Development Consortium has been founded :) The main objectives of the Consortium are: - to get this silly rocket off the ground with a Mac l/b payload - develop soft- and hardware that can control at least a MacMissile(tm), hopefully some more. - aleveate high traffic Mac lists from off-topic posts :) Really, Matt's question to the list has boosted my efforts to develop a decent, modular application environment for I/O board like the MacIO II. MacBrick's software is too rudimentary to be useful. What I have in mind here is a 68000, system 6, Compact screen size based application for said box, basically giving 'Compacters everywhere' a toy to play with. If I succeed, of course... I am not affiliated to MacBrick, by the way. Results will be on a site, sometime next year or so... yours truly, -mart -- Compact Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
