I have one mac dedicated to muckin around with cool apple retroware inc
OpenDoc and CyberDog. It also has Nisus Writer 5 (an OpenDoc container).
I haven't turned it on for about 2 years tho.. (how time flies) - I used
to have my Newton synced to it but unfortunately when my Newton smashed
(I dropped it once too often) I tended not to use that old mac much.
Great stuff to play with though.

From memory, you should look for the OpenDoc Essentials Kit and
componets like WAV, Dock'Em, ActionLine, WebBurst... I can't think of
any others at the moment but there are quite a few. I don't think much
got past version 1 so code can be a bit buggy.
