For a lark, I picked up a Mac 'N Touch thing on eBay and received it yesterday. It consists of a glass panel with some sort of touch-screen circuitry that clips on to a B & W compact. There's a cable that runs to the controller box (for lack of a better word). The box connects to the (old DB) mouse port on a Plus, 512k etc.
The one part that's missing is the power supply. The connector is a DIN plug, like an VIC-20. Anyone have any experience with these? I find little mention of it after doing some googling. How could I determine what I need to substitute for the PS? Is there a way of doing this by examining the board? -- Compact Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/>.
