Accessing the cable modem would be easy assuming it's an ethernet based cable modem. Just stick an average PDS Ethernet card on it. 640x480 is a bit more ticklish. You'll first need to get an LC 550 or LC575 (preferred due to the 68LC040 on it) motherboard, then head over to www.colourclassicfaq.com and read the section on upgrading the screen.
