Given that the PC executable is a self-extracting archive, it is always 
worth trying to open the file with any expander that will handle Zip 
files. I've had success in the past with MacZip. (I've just tried the 
file you mentioned and it expands OK using Stuffit Expander under OS X.)

GhostScript will convert PostScript files to PDF on more or less any 
platform. A typical way of doing this on a Windows PC would be to print 
to file using a PostScript printer driver and then use GhostScript.
