Seems like this is a cousin of what I bought in (about) 1989: an
astoundingly heavy (sheet metal box!) external ZFP hard drive by Mirror
Technologies, in my case a model 01-MIR0271A with a 105 MB Quantum
mechanism inside, otherwise just what you describe. Worked fine for me as
the first addition to my SE 1/20/800k acquired in 1988. Still in use today
as an external boot drive for machines that can bear with 7.6.1 ;-).
