Going all out, you could put the Appearance stuff from 8.1 in which gives you Windowshade, Open Transport and OT/PPP will work (better to install than copy though...), you'll want to install the CFM 68k Runtime Enabler dealy which may or may not be on a 7.5 system but should be there (allows you to run Netscape 4.08 among other things)... quite a few of the updated things that have the same name in 7.5 and 8.1 can be replaced.
