Make sure the CRT will fit.  ;-)
Spend a loooooong time working out what will best fit where.
Be very careful with high voltages around the monitor PCBs and cabling.
Keep the backpanel of the 475 - it may be easier to graft in a whole 
back panel than reworking the Classic's port holes.
