download the disk images for os 6, get wish i were and make your machine pretend to be a plus, reboot, mount all of the disk images (the machine will just assume you have several floppy drives, even if you have none), run the installer with the external drive connected and as the installation drive and your set, just send them the hard drive back with os 6 or whatever already on it. just make sure you don't format the drive for hfs+ since nothing before os 8 knows what that is.
