This reminded me.

NB: if you do have access to an industrial dishwasher, *MAKE SURE* you put the
cases in so that they won't hold water in them.  In other words, put any lips
and edges so that they face downward.  This will make it infinitely easier to
remove them after the wash, because they won't have puddles of scalding hot
water sitting in them.  Yes, I've accidentally put bowls in an industrial
dishwasher concave-side-up, and emptying them was NOT a fun experience.
