I'm using version 4.3 on mine, though I'm not booting from it and don't know if it'll work for that. If you'd like I can try it. Also, I've only got the Iomega Guest part of it on my machine at the moment because I share the Zip drive with several computers and the drive isn't hooked up to the SE/30 most of the time.
