Hay guess what? The Classic will continue to boot off the ROM until you change the 
start disk.
Why would you want to do that?

<Yep, It's cmd-option-X-O, though I personally have to hold those keys
<down, boot off the HD, the Boot ROM is on the desktop. Go into the
<Startup Disk cpl (It's running 7.5.5 at the moment, need to get 7.1
<going) and select the Boot ROM, then reboot holding the keys again. Then
<it boots. Seems to be just that one, my other one boots fine with just
<cmd-opt-X-O
