Though I don't have web space (or the knowledge to put it on a website if I did), I believe I've already downloaded everything off of UMich's website. I know it takes about 1 3/4 CD's to store it all. I'm talking about the files only, not the pages themselves, and not the forms they have on their site. It took a long time to download all that stuff at 56k; iGetter really helped out on that job. I'm not familiar with the other sites; gonna check them out soon though.
