I think people should be aware that on some rare cases, usually resulting from using Microsoft Outlook/Entourage it possible to pass on Windows/MS VBS viruses through a Mac, especially if you get a lot of junk mail. I have Virex (part of .Mac in my case) on my G3 and on my iBook as they are my e-mail readers in all cases so anything that's gonna get in will through there. I think Mac people get a bit beyond them selves when it comes to viruses. Many think they will never get one because there are only 60-odd in existence. They don't consider that they might infect a poor unsuspecting Windows user in the process. Just 'cause we don't have a great affection for Windows doesn't mean we should make their lives even harder than they already are ;). -- Mark Benson AIM - SilValleyPirate Visit FlatPackMacs online: <http://fpm.gotdns.com> Mac LC Central My homepage: <http://homepage.mac.com/markbenson/> -- Compact Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/>.
