Yep, same here.  That $11 surcharge *on top* of international shipping rates
makes it pretty impractical for ordering a single $1 or $2 item.

If you can get them to ship Global Priority Mail, that's only gonna be $10 at
worst to just about anywhere in the world unless it's heavy (over a couple
pounds).
