TWAIN SDK 1.7 requires Mac OS 8.1 or higher (and is of no use to a number of users with Mac OS 6.0.8 through Mac OS 7.6.1 and/or Mac OS 8.0).
What version(s) of GraphicConverter had TWAIN SDK 1.5 or TWAIN SDK 1.6? I'm primarily an end user, but as a member of my local MUG (dBug) I often help out other Mac users with locating both older and new softwares and hardwares, as well as troubleshooting. Unfortunately besides twain.org, many companies have taked down their previously posted online pre-TWAIN SDK 1.7 archives. Therefore, for many people with older 68K machines (and I have several relatives with older Macs) when a bad crash happens, and they have lost part of the TWAIN components or the files are damaged, and they can't D/L the files again (even the <http://lowendmac.com/> folks couldn't find anything, when I emailed them).
